What decides theorder you see.

Six rules, in force on every catalogue and category page. Sponsored position is advertising: it never changes organic results, and it is never presented as a recommendation.

Only verified employers can appear

Only a published job from a verified, active company can take a paid position. Its placement must have started, not expired, hold at least €25 in settled bids, and have no unresolved payment reversal or moderation suspension.

Bidding is public and bounded

The minimum sponsored bid is €25 for 7 days. Claiming first place requires at least €5 more than the current highest bid. Employers may choose less and accept the position that amount earns. A quote never reserves a position while checkout is open.

Money never edits the organic list

“Newest” uses publication time. “Highest salary” uses the disclosed maximum compensation, normalized to its interval. Neither includes sponsored bid totals, and no spend removes, reorders, or hides another listing.

Verification checks the domain, not the job

Company verification confirms control of a work email or company domain. We review first-time publications for complete, lawful, and non-misleading content. Verification is not a claim about working conditions or employer quality.

Removal is recorded

Use the report link on any job. We review suspicious, discriminatory, expired, duplicate, or misleading listings, and every moderation decision is recorded.

Three settled bids

Kiteframe — settled first at this total
€90
Helio Systems — reached €90 four hours later
€90
Northstar Systems — settled total
€60

Equal totals are separated by who reached the total first, never by who spent more later. Nothing here touches the newest or highest-salary order.
